History
After moving down from what was then South West Africa running hunting
Hobatera hunting lodge in the Damaraland area next to the Etosha ,Willy
and Cindy moved back to Pennington 15 odd years ago. They first rented
a home and were in partnership with Fred Lemmer of Fred Lemmer Estates
in the beginning when they started.
Since then they bought odd properties and eventually changed the name
of the business from Fred Lemmer Estates to Coastal Village Properties
. They own the Figtree Self catering cottages which they run and a small
indigenous nursery on two acres in the village .
Willy and Cindy have been in real estate in the area for a total of 20
odd years.
The area Coastal Village Properties service includes the whole of the
Umdoni Municipality , from Clansthal in the North to Umtwalumi in the
south. This includes Freeland Park , Scottburgh, Umzinto, Park Rynie ,
Pennington ( where we live) Ifafa , Elysium, Bazley, and the surrounding
farming area up to Highflats .
There are 5 agents working with Willie and Cindy runs the administration
of the business.
Our office is situated in the Espotia Centre and is almost on the beach
, five minutes walk .
